Founded in 2012, Ningbo Liangmao Standard Parts Co.,Ltd has recently finished a full‑scale renovation and equipment upgrade for its in‑house quality inspection laboratory, marking a critical milestone in the company’s long‑term strategy of focusing on quality‑driven manufacturing.
During this upgrade cycle, the company has introduced multiple sets of advanced testing instruments, including universal tensile testing machines, automatic hardness testers, programmable salt‑spray test chambers, high‑precision thread measuring instruments and metallographic analysis equipment. These newly‑installed devices cover core test items for fastener products, such as tensile strength, yield strength, surface hardness, anti‑corrosion performance, thread dimensional tolerance and raw‑material composition analysis.
Before this upgrade, our QC team could only carry out partial sampling tests for key indicators. Now we are capable of completing full‑range performance verification for both standard fasteners and custom‑made non‑standard parts. All product lines covering hex bolts, socket cap screws, self‑drilling screws, nuts, washers, anchor bolts and riveting components can receive systematic batch inspection before delivery. Every production lot will generate complete test records and material certificates that can be provided to overseas buyers for project filing.
The improvement of lab capacity directly responds to increasingly strict technical requirements from global clients in automotive equipment, general machinery manufacturing, steel‑structure construction and electronic assembly industries. Many international purchasers require complete traceable inspection documents when placing bulk orders of high‑strength grade 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9 fasteners.
